Miss Sparkle Success Virtual Pageant

Woman standing with sash and crown after winning the miss sparkle success pageantWhat is a Virtual Beauty Pageant?

Virtual Pageants are just like a “LIVE” pageants in as it is all about YOU the Cotestant! You present yourself in the same way, but in the form of Videos, and they are viewed by LIVE judges, and get this….A Live Audience for the Top Contestants.

Virtual Pageants make it so easy to WIN.  You just set up your own video recording, and do them over and over until you get them just the way you want them.

So, it is important that you study the pageant guidelines to see how you will be scored for each category. Then present yourself accordingly.

You can contact the pageant staff and request the guidelines that you will adhere to. I don’t always recommend a private coach unless you are feeling uncomfortable about what your role will be in the pageant.

Don’t focus on winning over focusing on having a great time getting to know the other contestants.  Be kind. Conduct yourself as if you are already the Queen. Queens are leaders, they conduct themselves in ways that other girls want to model.  When other see you in that role, your personality will shine through and the judges will notice that.

When preparing for your presentations, my advice to you is to set your own Stage Background with a Theme. Make it look nice.  Allow your body type and color to blend with your Theme.

You will receive a step-by step Guide to assist you through the Preparation Process.  Whether you are New or returning from a past WIN, You will gain so much from this Virtual Pageant Experience.

We want this to be the right fit for you. So, Be Confident and allow your Personality to shine through.  You will also receive additional information on how to enroll in the Miss Sparkle Success Virtual Pageant event of the year!

Pageants open so many doors today for girls and young women. It allows them to gain hands on experience when presenting themselves in front of an audience.  It teaches them how to walk with enthusiasm, poise and grace.  There is nothing more beautiful than a young lady parading across the platform stage wearing attire that complements their body features. The judges, are not there to judge your faults, but to help to improve you in areas that you may come across need strengthing.

The fact that you would like to be more confident and definitely less stress is a desire for every man or woman.  Life has a way of throwing things at us without us knowing how to throw it back. Learning how to handle our stressful situations in life is just one of the ways to live a happy and content life.

Every situation in life can be a stressful one if we don’t know how to handle the ups and downs of life. Remember! you do have control over you. No one else does. You better be very careful who you allow to handle your stressful situation.

The best person to do that is you. So, why not put on the boxing gloves and let’s get to work.  Yes, you got it, stressful situations can be a fight. But, it is truly a fight that you can win.

Do this for 30 days and your Confident will be a things of the past.

Why A Virtual Pageant Experience

Teen Girl Queen wearing a crown, green gownVirtual Pageants help Gain Confidence in Girls!

A Virtual Pageant experience may be exactly what your daughter need right now with the Covid-19 Virus on the rise, and being under quarantine and social distancing for months now. This may be exactly what she needs.

As a Pageant owner for almost 20 years, and mother of 5 daughters, I learned first hand some of the struggles girls face in our society growing up which lead me to starting my own Pageant system.  Now, with the Covid-19 virus spreading through our communities, it has lead me to Virtual Pageants that reach girls and young women all over the world.

Virtual Pageants are a motivator for many girls and is the first step to gaining confidence to present themselves for a video competition.

Can you imagine what life has been like for our school aged girls and teens? Teens are active, and rely on spending quality time after school with friends and doing family activities, but this year has been so much different.

Instead of being outside over the past six months, girls have been spending most of their time at home, in their bedroom, using technology to communicate with their peers. Hoping things will get better soon. This is not the way things should be.

Let’s face it, life for most girls these days are not sugar, spice and everything nice – not even close. Girls have to put up with peer pressure to do drugs, lose weight, and experience with sex and relationships, all at earlier and earlier ages. And on the top of the stressors of school and growing up in a face-paced society, many girls don’t find the encouragement and support they need to protect them from harm at a very vulnerable time in their lives.

Mom, Dad’s don’t let social distancing keep your daughter from experiencing the excitement of a beautiful Summer, and an opportunity of a lifetime to participate in a Virtual Online Pageant. That is why I’m sharing this with every American family. Allow your daughter an opportunity to “Sparkle”.

Life is tough for girls these days. Don’t let this summer pass without enrolling your daughter(s) is completely over, do something that you can be proud of. Consider exploring a VirtualLady wearing hat and red blouse for her virtual pageant experience Pageant experience for your daughter.   This experience is meant for the whole family to enjoy. Are Pageants for Every Girl

Black female Pageant Queen; modeling her white dress holding pom poms in her handAre Pageants for you?

The question is always asked, “Are Pageants for Every Girl”?  This question is often misunderstood by many parents of girls who have a false impression of what a beauty Pageant is all about. For many years, I felt the same way.  Please take the time to read my personal experience when my daughter participated in a beauty pageant, and you will see how it changed our lives forever.  You will also see why I would say that “pageants are for every girl who aspires to have that experience. Check out these 5 benefits a pageant can bring to every girl

  • Pageant enhance confidence.

  • Pageants improves public speaking skills.

  • Pageants increases charisma and intelligence.

  • Pageants help girl define their Platform.

  • Pageants help define a girl’s life purpose.

Pageants were not a thing that I focused on very much as my daughters were growing up.  It was not until one of my daughters reached the age of 16 and stumbled across a announcement in the local newspaper of an upcoming state pageant which would be held mother later.  The announcement stated that they were looking for participants as city queens to “try out” for the State competition that was coming up in a few weeks.

My daughter was excited about the city queen tryout opportunity, so we were supportive of her in seeing her enthusiasm to do this.  We gave her the funds she needed to complete her city queen registration requirement, which was only $25.  This included her completing a one page essay.

A few weeks later, she was contacted for her city queen telephone Interview, which included a 3 minute Question & Answer on a Topic of her interest.

Amazingly, this opportunity turned into a positive experience for my daughter. She took her instructions for the next step very seriously. She wrote, and rewrote her essay, and wanted to present her thoughts and writing as well as she could. She waited for about another month, then the letter she had been waiting to receive from the organization finally arrived in the mail.

The letter was addressed to the parents of “Kimberly”, since she was under the age of eighteen.  It read as follows, “Thank you for your interest in participating in our upcoming state pageant competition.  We are happy to inform you, that out of the 87 registrants from your city, you have been chosen to represent your city in the upcoming Michigan State Pageant Competition, which will be held in Detroit.  It went on to say that she would be receiving her city queen sash in the next couple weeks”.

We began to see a difference in our daughter.  It was as if the lights of opportunity had came on for her. She immediately begin planning and preparing for the upcoming State Competition. She had to get letters from her school counselor, teacher recommendations, 20 hours of community service, and grades “B” or better that would also be presented to the judges by the date of the competition.  She kept a journal of all the things she needed to do to maintain her eligibility status.  I was amazed how positive the pageant owners were in the lives of all the girls. They treated them with respect, value and dignity.Girl wearing white dress, putting on her queen sash on stage, after winning state pageant competition, Queen Crowning Moment with other girls around her

As the State Competition drew near, I took my daughter shopping for her pageant dress, shoes, etc., I saw the glitter in her eyes as she imagined walking the runway in every dress that she tried on. But there was a particular dress that gave her a “sparkle” that was different from all of the other dresses that she had tried on, and she knew it. This is the one, “she said”, and  I could not have agreed with her more. She flourished in the dress, and it was made just for her.

I think for a brief moment, she lost herself in the dress and thought she was “Cinderella”. The girl that every “Queen” aspires to be when they enter the room, and the room becomes alive just because of their presence. Her confidence, charisma, and inner beauty shined through so much that everyone in the Bridal shoppe hovered around her in awe.

To every mom and dad who may be seeking the right pageant for their daughter and wondering are Pageants for every girl?  The answer to that question is “Yes”.  if your daughter would like to present herself in a good pageant system, I highly recommend you allow her to do so.  I often think back what would have happened if my husband and I did not support our daughter in her desire to participate in this pageant.  Life for her may have been a lot different, and not in a positive way.

You can imagine the ending of this story.  With 289 delegates in the state competition, our daughter was crowned State Queen!  Six month later, she went to the National Competition in New York City, and was first Runner up!  This was quite an accomplishment for a 16 year old.  Her level of self esteem skyrocketed, and her passion became her desire to help motivate and inspire other girls to greatness. She wanted every girl to have that same enthusiasm about life as she did. Her desire was to become owner and director of her very own Beauty Pageant, and she wanted every girl at the competition to be crowned.

One year later, we had birthed our very own Beauty Pageant System. One that crowned every girl for her accomplishments. We have been pageant owners for more than 19 years. I believe that girls need this type of interaction and experience today more than ever before.  Girls come, and girls go. I continuously will hear back from many of them sharing how their lives changed after participating in our pageant system.

If you would have asked me prior to this experience, if pageants were for every girl, I probably would have said “No”, but there is something that every girl can gain from a pageant experience. I encourage parents to find the right pageant for their daughter, it can be a great experience.  It may even change her life, it did for my daughter.

Defining Success

Success begins with a Positive Attitude. Life is just better when you look at everything in your life as a Life Lesson, and you look forward to what tomorrow may bring.  Have you notice that each day brings on new experiences. Challenges you experience today, help diminish challenges you face tomorrow.

Why Pageant Enhances Success in Girls?

The Pageant the Encourages Success in “Every Girl”

In 2001, my daughter came home and said, “Mom, I want to compete in this beauty Pageant.  It really never dawn on me that she was serious about competing.  So, I reluctantly gave her the money she needed to register, and she went away excited.  Month’s later, she came back to me and asked it I would take her out shopping for a dress and shoes.  She was excited about competing, as she had just been voted captain of the Varsity Cheerleader’s Team, and her self esteem was over the roof.  My husband and I agreed to take her shopping for what she needed to compete in the pageant.  The pageant was in another city, so on that Friday, prior to the day of the pageant, we drove our daughter to the venue, and checked into a hotel. We toured the hotel the night before, and made her familiar with the conference Room where the main event would be held.

The next day, there were so many girls checking into the hotel with their parents. To our amazement, their were 289 girls signed up to compete in the pageant.  There were girls from all around the state, and all of them looked as potential winners for the state queen title.  After about 8 hours of competitions, our daughter was crowned the State Queen. Our daughter’s esteem went over the roof. Her comment was, Mom, “I wish every girl here tonight felt as excited as I feel”.

The next day at breakfast, we talked and made the decision to begin the plans for our own pageant system, and it would be all about Success in every girls feeling beautiful, and loved.  We have kept that as our focus as of today. Each year as our planning team prepares for the pageant, the guidelines remain consistent, Give every girl the same about of time and attention to exhibit her confidence and potential as Queen.   Our pageant would continue to focus on image building, confidence, leadership, personal development, etiquette, speaking and dressing for success. Our overall mission is to change the image of beauty pageants around the world by focusing on the inner beauty and potential for SUCCESS in EVERY girl who competes.

I immediately began planning my very own pageant that would eliminate these barriers of girls feeling lack of confidence. Our pageant would be affordable, and provide online training sessions to prepare delegates for their Success experience.  It is my desire that every girl has the opportunity to become SUCCESSFUL through participation in our Pageant system.
