Miss Sparkle Success provides safe and innovative programs for girls and young women by embracing their inner beauty, potential and success.  Ms. Ann Eure, Director and CEO for the Miss Sparkle Success Organization for girls and young women was recognized as a VIP member in the World Wide Who’s Who for her Dedication and Commitment for Leadership in areas of academic excellence, mentorship and Success to girls around the world!

20 years ago, Ms. Eure was inspired by her daughter’s success in pageantry to begin offering other young girls and women that same great opportunity. Since that time, she has been organizing workshops, and presenting the Miss Sparkle Success pageant to girls around the state ages 5 – 24.

As a mother of five daughters, Ms. Eure experienced first hand the many challenges girls and young women face daily in our society. Her method targets issues through personal, group talk and role playing.  It’s important that girls realize that they are not alone in what they are facing. That’s why one of the Miss Sparkle Success pageant requirements for participation is that girls must attend a “Success” Seminar. These Seminars range from 1 to 3 hours of teaching and learning.  Each pageant experience includes one session.  Success Seminars are also offered year-round for participants and non-participants and are open to the public.

Miss Eure believes that every girls WINS when participating in this pageant because she learns so much about herself when attending the Success Workshop. The girl chosen as queen will be equipped to lead as role model for other girls across her state on Day 1. Along with her Success Title, she will also receive a Sparkling Crown, Cash Scholarship an Beautiful Roses. She immediately takes the queen title for one year. A letter is sent to her school recognizing her as a leader in the community and state.
